Here are some frequently asked questions (faqs):

When are they next playing live?

Hybrid live is an amazing act to see, and they like it to be just perfect. Once more of the new album is complete and they've rehearsed their tunes to perfection, we will see them perform live again.

When is the second album due out?

The new album is due out towards the end of this year. It was scheduled for this summer, but that was affected by the studio break-in that happened at the beginning of this year.

What's the new album going to sound like?

In Chris Healing's words:

"We'll use a lot of the same influences as we did on the last album, going back to Russia to record the strings. We could use a 25 piece orchestra here in the UK for the same price as we'd pay over there, but it wouldn't sound as rich. We'll also go off around Europe, gathering other sound textures. The album wont be so much of the Hollywood wide screen strings that were on the first album, it will be much bolder, darker and more diverse, a more distinctive sound."

Why hasn't the Radiohead and Alanis Morrissette remixes been released?

Radiohead and their management loved the mix of 'Everything In Its Right Place', but the fact Hybrid did it two months before the release of Amnesiac was the factor that prevented it from getting a full release. Basically as far as they were concerned Kid A was done and dusted.

As for Alanis, she just doesn't like dance music full stop!
